  I have been here now for 3 days . And everything is perfect. Before I came I emailed to sort out flowers, wine and chocolates for my wife as it was our anniversary. These were here as we checked in . Hotel also upgraded our room for us . All the staff are always very welcoming and will try to accommodate you in any way possible.

  The hotel entertainment team and DJ are great, super fun, funny and energetic - hosting a range of activities during the day and in the evening.

  The hotel rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds - overall room wise it's great. The restaurant has a variety of food you can choose from including lots of meat and vegetarian choices which always taste incredible. All staff, barmen, waiters and waitresses are helpful, polite and hard working.

  The rooms were clean and spacious, the food had a good variety of options however there was not much for vegetarians and there should've been clear labels for each items , the evening events were AMAZING and the disco was fab! The staff were super friendly an the spa was fantastic. Overall we had a brilliant time staying here!

  We came as part of a package with Thomas Cook and the hotel is advertised as 4 star. While it is clean, and everything needed is provided, I definitely wouldn't consider it 4 stars. The decor is quite tired, the food is nothing to write home about at all, feels like the food you would like expect from a hotel in the 1980s, fairly tasteless and boring. The drinks included in the all inclusive are terrible, except the beer and wine. The spirits are the worst quality I've ever seen at an all inclusive. The dining room is depressing and by the look on everyone's faces, we're not the only ones that feel that way. Entertainment staff are friendly and doing their best, but it all feels a bit like a holiday camp from decades gone by. Fitness facilities are good and it's nice to have stretch / yoga classes in the morning. The pools are both clean and appealing but only one is heated, despite the hotel website stating that that both are heated throughout the winter. Generally quite disappointing and surprising, since it wasn't particularly cheap. Oh well... At least the sun is shining
